MD Repair and Alteration IDIQ

Amendment 0001 hereby amends Solicitation GS-03P-16-CD-D-7000 to include the following: -Delete Sec. IIB., number 2 (page 72), “Bid Schedule�? from the solicitation. However, this item shall be replaced with an “Offeror Provided Cost Structure�? using guidance in Sec, II.C. “Price Proposal,�? number 1 (page 72). -Correct SF1442 to require a bid bond. -Amend VI. A, 2) "Non-Price Factors" (page 86) to state the following: (2) Non-Price Factors, when combined, are significantly more important than Total Evaluated Price. -Block 13 d. of the SF 1442 shall be filled in with "Offers providing less than_130____calendar days..." -Corrects the contract number in solicitation package to GS-03P-16-CD-D-7000. Amendment 0001 also incorporates meeting minutes and the sign in sheet from the pre-proposal meeting on January 5, 2016. An extension to the due date is not anticipated. The closing date remains the same at January 22, 2016.
