DODEA MINOR CONSTRUCTION SATOC

The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Europe District (NAU) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) for design-build (DB) construction requirements intended to provide new facilities and real property repair and maintenance in support of Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) in Italy, Germany, and Belgium. The SATOC will be awarded as a one-year base period of performance and four, twelve-month option periods. The projected magnitude of task orders is between EUR100,000.00 and EUR5,000,000.00.
