THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF STATE (DOS), Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) is requesting proposal submissions for Design-Build Construction Services for the construction of a New Consulate Compound in Almaty, Kazakhstan. This acquisition is full and open competition subject to the Omnibus Diplomatic Security and Antiterrorism Act of 1986, as amended, 2025 NDAA � 7214, (Public Law 118-159) (�Omnibus Act�).
