AMEND02 - The purpose of this amendment is to answer additional questions from contractors and update the Statement of Work in response to those questions. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED. AMEND01 - The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate updated specs per questions asked of contractors, post questions from contractors and extend the proposal due date to 4 May 2026 at 1000am CST. BASE - PROJECT TITLE: WHITNEY POWERHOUSE ROOF REPAIRS; PROJECT LOCATION: CLIFTON, TX; NAICS: 238160 - ROOFING CONTRACTOR; TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE; CONTRACT TYPE: FIRM FIXED PRICE (FFP); PROJECT DESCRIPTION: REPLACE THE EXISTING METAL ROOF, GUTTERS, AND DOWNSPOUTS, AT LAKE WHITNEY POWERHOUSE GENERATION BAY. THE EXISTING METAL ROOF IS A METAL ROOFING OVERBUILD ON THE ORIGINAL LOW SLOPE ROOF SYSTEM, ON A CONCRETE DECK. THE PROJECT REQUIRES THE REPLACEMENT OF THE EXISTING METAL ROOF PANELS, GUTTERS, AND DOWN SPOUTS. THE EXISTING METAL ROOFING OVERBUILD STRUCTURAL FRAMING SYSTEM WILL BE REUSED.
